WHERE ARE THESE MADE?

All items are made to order, by hand in Huntington Beach, California USA. All stones are natural, ethically sourced and crystals are 100% Authentic Swarovski.

WHAT'S THE USUAL ETA?

Items are made-to-order within 5-7 business days and will ship within 24-48 hours after. If you've selected an item that is out of stock or sold out, additional time may be required to fulfill your order.

WHAT'S THE RECOMMENDED WEAR/CARE?

Please do not pull or tug on them as they will stretch out. The best way to take them on and off is by rolling. Although the 14K Gold Filled Beads are tarnish resistant, the MELLAMO letter beads are plastic and will wear and fade quicker if exposed to sun/light, chemicals and liquids. As a rule of thumb, any stones that end in "ite" (lepidolite, malachite, rhodonite, etc.) should not be worn in water as it is known to cause breakdown. If you'd like to cleanse stones that aren't water friendly, smudging is an alternative.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM OR IT COMES DAMAGED?

Although each item is inspected for quality and checked before shipping, mistakes happen. Please contact us immediately if you have either of these issues. Due to the delicate nature of tassels, they will not be replaced. However, a credit of the cost ($5) can be applied should yours come apart within 14 days of receiving. 

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES? 

No. Each piece is custom and handmade-to-order. All sales are final. 

WHAT IF MY ORDER NEVER ARRIVED?

We ship via USPS with tracking. If your package is lost or stolen, you can file a claim with USPS. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
